Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus and Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
- two lemons, thinly sliced
- one salmon fillet )
- Freshly ground black pepper
- six tbsp. melted butter
- two tbsp. honey
- three garlic cloves, minced
- one C. chopped thyme leaves
- one C. dried oregano
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Preheat the oven to three hundred fifty °. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil & greased with cooking spray. In the center of the foil, lay the lemon slices in an even layer.
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place over the lemon slices.
In bowl, whisking butter, honey, garlic, thyme / oregano. Pour over the salmon then fold the foil around the salmon. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about twenty five minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil for two minutes or until butter mixture has thickened.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
