- seven hundred fifty grams of apples
- sixty grams of butter
- two tbsp. tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
- vanilla powder (optional)
Peel, core the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Put your apple slices with the maple syrup, a little vanilla powder in a saucepan, mix and cover
Pour the contents of your saucepan into a blender, add the butter and mix as finely as possible.
Pour your preparation into previously scalded jars.
Let cool and store your apple butter in the refrigerator.
