Apple Butter
INGREDIENTS :
  • six PERS.
  • seven hundred fifty  grams of apples
  • sixty grams of butter
  • two tbsp. tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
  • vanilla powder (optional)
PREPARATION :
1.
Peel, core the apples and cut them into thin slices.
2.
Put your apple slices with the maple syrup, a little vanilla powder in a saucepan, mix and cover
4.
Pour the contents of your saucepan into a blender, add the butter and mix as finely as possible.
5.
Pour your preparation into previously scalded jars.
6.
Let cool and store your apple butter in the refrigerator.
