PECAN CHOCOLATE CHIP
- ten cookies
- one hundred fifty g flour
- one hundred g chocolate chips
- fifty g sugar
- fifty g butter
- one sachet of vanilla sugar
- one egg
- one C. c. yeast
- half tsp. c. salt or fine salt
For this recipe, your butter must be very soft.
In a bowl, mix butter, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the flour, salt and baking powder little by little and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Make small balls, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them very slightly.
Bake at one hundred eighty °C for ten to eleven minutes (depending on the texture you want, I like when it’s very soft). Let cool on a rack.
