Ingredients (2 people):

  • 1 Camembert
  • butter

Preparation :

Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into pieces.
Peel the onion and chop it.
Brown the bacon bits and sliced ​​onions in a skillet over medium heat. Reserve in a bowl.
In the same skillet, melt a knob of butter and brown the potatoes with a little salt and pepper over medium-high heat for a few minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden. ..
Pour them into a gratin dish, add the bacon bits and onions and mix.
Cut the Camembert into slices and place them on the potatoes. Pepper.
Put in the oven at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes… pass under the grill if necessary to brown the cheese…
