Chocolate Chip Cookies
- one hundred fifty g flour
- fifty g butter
- seventy five g brown sugar
- one egg
- half sachet yeast
- one sachet vanilla sugar
- one hundred g chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to th.6 (one hundred eighty°C). In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the mixture until you get a smooth paste.
Then add the baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix everything well. Form small balls with the cookie dough, then flatten them with the palm of your hand.
Arrange the cookies on a baking tray and bake them for about 10 minutes. When the cookies are golden, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
