Easy Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Corn
  • Mayonnaise
  • Gruyere
  • Lemon (Optional)
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

This recipe is a Mexican snack sold to you on the street called “Esquite”. It’s both simple and good!

Pour a can of corn into a bowl and add butter.
Heat it for about 1min30 in the microwave (you can boil it but it takes longer)
Once hot put a tablespoon of mayonnaise
Add gruyère to your liking
Salt, pepper
