50g of honey
30ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped ginger (optional)
500 g raw prawns (peeled and deveined if possible)
2 teaspoons olive oil
chives for garnish (optional)

Place the prawns in a large closed plastic bag or in a Tupperware, then pour half the marinade over the prawns
Shake or mix well.
Marinate the prawns in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Cover and chill the rest of the marinade for the next step.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium to high heat.
Put the prawns in the pan and pour the marinade.
Cook the shrimp on one side, until no longer pink. It takes approx. 45 seconds. Then flip them over to the other side
Pour the rest of the marinade over the prawns and simmer until the prawns are cooked through, about 1 minute.
Serve the shrimp with the marinade warmed in the pan
