Ingredients:

  • – 3 cups of hot milk
  • – 1 cup of oil
  • – 2 egg whites (yolk for the face)
  • – 1 teaspoon of salt
  • – 4 teaspoons of sugar
  • – 2 tablespoons of baker’s yeast
  • – 7-8 cups of flour (amount of flour may vary by brand)
  • – Egg yolk for the face and sesame
  • – The filling is optional, it can be chocolate or cheese

Preparation :

  • – Mix all the ingredients, and knead with milk until you obtain a homogeneous dough
  • – Leave to ferment for half an hour, then cut it into small balls
  • – Arrange them on a tray, let them rise another 15′
  • – Bake at 180° 30′ au until it turns red.
