Creamy Swiss Chicken Bake


  • four to six Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • six to eight Slices Swiss Cheese (Mozzarella works too)
  • half cup mayonnaise
  • half cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • half tsp. salt
  • half tsp. pepper
  • one tsp. garlic powder


Preheat oven to three hundred seventy five  .
Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9×13 pan.
Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, half cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread this over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake for one hour.
